Become A Sponge

There will be a lot to learn and take in everything. Ask questions, and read all information provided before your official start date. Doing this will allow you to be prepared to ask questions on your first day.

Taking Notes Graphic
Take Notes

A great way to help with this is to write everything down. The more information you can have at your disposal the better.

Build Your Network Graphic
Build Your Network

Interact with HCCS Connect and start building personal relationships with your co-workers. Don't be afraid to join the conversation.

We are not that scary.

Learn the Lingo Graphic
Learn the Lingo

One of the fastest ways to not feel overwhelmed is to learn the vernacular of the company. Once you understand the terminology you will feel more confident when talking with your co-workers and manager.
