Charge Analysts

HCCS has full-time and part-time openings for experienced and certified Charge Analysts. This position requires extensive experience in coding cardiac and interventional radiology procedures. Work remotely for a great company from the comfort of your home! Full-time candidates will be expected to work up to 40 hours per week and part-time candidates will be expected to commit to working 20 hours per week. 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Associate's degree in a health-related or business field -OR- graduation from HIT/HIA program / nearing HIT/HIA 
         program completion
  • Current coding certification - CCS and/or CPC is required
  • CIRCC coding credential would be a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of cardiovascular invasive or interventional radiology coding experience
  • Must be experienced in using 7XXX and 9XXX range COPT procedures
  • EPIC experience is preferred
  •  Must be able to train during normal business hours until released from training (1-2 weeks)
  • Ability to work from home in a quiet space

Revenue Cycle Clerk

HCCS has a full-time opening for experienced Revenue Cycle Clerk. In this role, you will have experience with facility and professional fee claims processing. The right candidate will have experience in claims processing, payment posting, billing edits, working accounts receivable and charge entry. Work remotely for a great company from the comfort of your home! Full-time candidates will be expected to work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week!

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of billing experience
  • Fluent in billing and claims processing for facility and professional fee coding
  • Previous experience in payment posting, billing edits, charge entry and working accounts receivable is required
  • Previous experience in using Meditech is a plus
  • Patient Registration experience is preferred but not required
  •  Must be able to train during normal business hours until released from training (1-2 weeks)

HCCS has full-time and part-time openings for experienced and certified Pro Clinic Coders. Work remotely for a great company from the comfort of your home! Full-time candidates will be expected to work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week and part-time candidates will be expected to work 20 hours per week.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Current coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC
  • Minimum of 3 years Pro Clinic coding experience 
  • Proficiency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Mental Health, and/ or OB/GYN
  • Proficiency in ortho/spine is a plus
  • Must be fluent in CMS guidelines for E/M leveling
  • Must be fluent in 3M and Medhost

Consulting Project Coordinator

HCCS is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Consulting Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and development of client projects for the organization. You will work closely with key departments to coordinate resources and ensure that client projects and needs are met in a timely manner

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Health Information Management or related field
  • 3+ years job-related experience in Healthcare, preferably in a Project Management or Data Analytics role or any
          equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Possess an RHIA or CHDA certification 
  • Proficiency in medical coding and auditing is required
  • Strong comprehension of statistics and data analytics in the healthcare field
  • Project Management Professional Certification from PMI is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
  • Experience using Project Management Systems such as Microsoft Project is required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Human Resources Specialist

HCCS is looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and benefits administration. This full-time position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources Management
  • 1+ years job-related experience in a Human Resources role is preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred, but not required
  • General knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll processing requirements
  • Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience using ADP Workforce Now
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with people in a variety of circumstances and from       
          various backgrounds
  • Maintains confidentiality related to employment matters
  • Possess a thorough, organized and detail-oriented approach to work
