We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible weekly schedules. While flexibility is important, we expect consistency from both full- and part-time team members. Our clients range from Critical Access Hospitals with fewer than 25 beds to Level I Trauma Centers within major health systems. We hire coders and auditors based on hospital type rather than specific clients. This approach ensures stability and long-term career security—your role is not dependent on any one facility.
